Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a vital role in delivering building services on challenging projects across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in building surveying, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Chartered Building Surveyor status, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the building surveying team and supporting the learning of junior building surveyors. You will advise clients on all aspects of the project, from commencement to delivery, and manage the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the building surveying team and supporting the learning of junior building surveyors
