Exciting Graduate Building Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a diverse project portfolio across Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in client briefing meetings and oversee bespoke private residential projects
  • Involved in every aspect of the process, including drawings, design, specifications, and contract administration
  • Support the Senior Building Surveyor in project management and feasibility
Requirements
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Architecture and design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
