Job Summary:

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and consistent advice, support, coaching, and governance of HSE standards and legislation across all activities on site.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in one of the most exciting engineering programs in the UK, providing support to audits and accident/near-miss investigations, producing comprehensive reports with root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of Health and Safety risks and/or processes in a high-risk environment, including contractor activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations 2015 and interpret and apply formal Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and Guidance.
  • Develop and maintain a safety culture, driving a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
  • Provide written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder interaction, report writing, and investigative skills.
  • Utilize IT systems, including MS Office packages, to support HSE activities.
  • Hold a NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent and a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent.
