Lead Safeguarding Social Worker

HCRG Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Social Worker to lead our Adult Safeguarding Team in North Northamptonshire.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and protection of vulnerable adults within the community. Your expertise and leadership will guide the team in promoting independence, social inclusion, and safeguarding practices.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality direct practice to support adults' needs and promote their well-being.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Safeguarding Team, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- A recognized qualification in social work (e.g., BA/MA Social Work, CQSW).
- Significant experience working within an adult safeguarding setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
