Job Title: Senior Golf Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Senior Golf Relationship Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and communications at point of sale and throughout the customer journey
  • Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide information and guidance for customers in advance of travel
  • Use customer interaction to improve our CRM and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service within a commercial environment, ideally in the travel or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management
