About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Associate to lead our Court of Protection team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of four colleagues and working closely with our Personal Injury Litigation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of four colleagues and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of client work.
  • Work closely with our Personal Injury Litigation team to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Take instructions from clients and provide expert legal advice on Court of Protection matters.
  • Meet cost and fee targets and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
  • Support practice development and cross-selling initiatives.

About You

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Court of Protection law.
  • Proven experience of leading a team and managing client relationships.
  • Strong business development and client work skills.
  • Understanding of litigation processes and Court of Protection work.
  • High level of accountability and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a pressurized environment.
