Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of high-value and complex Court of Protection cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and their families.
- Work closely with our experienced team of lawyers and experts to deliver exceptional client service and achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the development of our Court of Protection practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Take on leadership duties, including coaching, mentoring, and goal-setting for junior team members.
We are looking for an Associate with a strong track record of experience in Court of Protection law, who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
You will be a qualified lawyer, either via the traditional SRA route or CILEX, with a strong understanding of the litigation process and a proven ability to manage complex caseloads. You will also have a passion for business development and a desire to grow and develop our Court of Protection practice.
