About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Court of Protection team at Irwin Mitchell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value and complex cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and their families, and leading a small team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of high-value and complex Court of Protection cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Lead a small team of lawyers, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure the delivery of excellent client service.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Court of Protection practice and deliver excellent client service.
  • Work closely with Partners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled lawyer who has a passion for Court of Protection matters and a proven track record of delivering excellent client service. You will have a strong understanding of the Court of Protection process and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and their families.

You will be a strong leader and team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
