About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aztrum. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide expert advice on the best solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and prospect to find new clients, selling a range of IT services and solutions, including cybersecurity packages, cloud migrations, and hardware and software procurement.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to identify pain points and provide expert advice on the best solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record in B2B sales, in the IT sector, is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by targets and KPIs, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and persuasive presentations.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.
