National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Wendy B Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the luxury beauty industry, with experience in managing retail partnerships and developing business strategies to drive growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing annual retailer strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share
  • Building strong relationships with retail partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing and delivering trade activation plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the luxury beauty industry, with a focus on national account management
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving market share
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
