Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Wendy B Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail partnerships across the UK, including chain, online, and individual stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to accelerate brand development across all channels.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and brand management to propose clear range management and trade activation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze retailer and brand performance to bring a level of perspective that will ensure agility.
  • Leverage strong relationships to negotiate maximum visibility and trade activations in line with brand strategies.
  • Ensure clear communication on all major aspects of the business to ensure confidence and buy-in on all fronts.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years relevant sales experience within the fragrance/beauty/skincare/cosmetics industry.
  • Experience in National Account Management particularly within e-commerce, department stores, and fashion retailers.
  • Strong analytical and numerate skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to deal with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent presentation skills and high level of commercial awareness.
  • Proven negotiation skills with strong persuading and influencing abilities.
