Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team at Kingston University. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic management information to support the University's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Financial Analysis and Management Accounts in providing management information to the University's senior leadership team.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Partnering to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including management accounts and budget reports.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Business Partners to ensure effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in management reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,646 per annum and a full-time, permanent position.
