Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage project costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project managers, business unit leaders, and senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, contracts, and accounting, to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, cost management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
