Senior Order Management Specialist

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and deliver innovative products. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Order Management Analyst to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring minimal discrepancies between Salesforce and contracts.
- Triage, resolve, and provide exceptional internal and external support on order management-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams on automation and process enhancement projects, including UAT testing.
- Identify non-standard contract terms and work with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Assist in annual audits and quarterly reviews, including AR walkthroughs and PBC preparation.
- Develop processes and create documentation libraries for order management policies.
- Oversee provisioning and ensure timely product delivery, serving as the point of escalation for any delivery issues.
- Participate in the development of metrics and system capabilities to better reconcile and report on global orders-related data.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in order management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS technology business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably Netsuite.
- Prior experience with a SOX-compliant public company.
- Stripe and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Slack-heavy integration and workflow experience.
