In recent years, this firm has successfully facilitated substantial financial transactions, with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Disposals comprising a significant portion of their work.

You will engage in a diverse array of tasks, including but not limited to: Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, Insolvency, Competition, Flotations, and assisting with more complex legal matters.
