Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Management Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Asset Management Organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across our multisite contract in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee office communications and documentation to ensure smooth service delivery.
  2. Coordinate meetings for senior leadership, driving progress on key project initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
  3. Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
  4. Manage the diaries of multiple senior team members, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritisation.
  5. Ensure compliance with performance reporting, health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and employment laws.
  6. Assist the General Manager in ensuring all contractual obligations within the FM contract are met and maintained.

Requirements:

  1. Strong administration experience within the Facilities Management field.
  2. Experience taking meeting minutes and diary management.
  3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency using MS Excel.
  5. Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for site visits.
