Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, BMS controls, and building services.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and present reports to clients and management on maintenance activities, costs, and performance.
- Recognized mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Minimum NVQ level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
