Job Title: Facilities and Engineering Manager

Pareto FM is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintenance services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
  3. Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
  5. Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory management.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement capital improvement projects.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of success in facilities management, including experience with maintenance and repair, energy management, and emergency response.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  8. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
