- Assist in the retention of maximum facility availability and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings.
- Implement and maintain safety measures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to prioritize workload and manage tasks effectively.
- Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- A keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Ability to be decisive under pressure and confident in challenging and pushing back when required.
- Prior experience in customer service and administration.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage, but not essential.
- IWFM professional membership held or willingness to work towards.
- Prior facility, health and safety, or relevant experience is an advantage, but not essential.
