Job Title: Facility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team at AWE. As a Facility Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our facility management teams in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of a workplace environment that meets the needs of our program demanders.
  • Assist in the retention of maximum facility availability and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings.
  • Implement and maintain safety measures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with the facility management team to prioritize workload and manage tasks effectively.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Ability to be decisive under pressure and confident in challenging and pushing back when required.
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage, but not essential.
  • IWFM professional membership held or willingness to work towards.
  • Prior facility, health and safety, or relevant experience is an advantage, but not essential.
