We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales strategy, secure enterprise deals, and form strategic partnerships at Sanderson.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure enterprise deals and build valuable partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to fuel the company's growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in financial services or B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial advising or relevant B2B SaaS experience.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £60,000 with uncapped commission, leading to an OTE of £130,000.
  • Potential for career advancement to senior roles like Chief Growth Officer (CGO) or Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • An opportunity to shape the future of the financial advisory industry.

  • Average sale price: £299 per advisor per month, with a sales cycle of approximately one month.
