As we initiate two significant Digital projects within the Trust, we are looking for an individual to help deliver our Core Services and facilitate the transition to M365, NHS Mail, and a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system during this transformative period.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, configuring new and existing mobile devices, laptops, and tablets, and assisting Trust staff with M365.
The Trust predominantly operates on Windows 10 and Office 2019, with plans to transition to M365 and Azure in the coming years. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in NHS IT, Microsoft 365, or local government settings.

Job Responsibilities
Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 2019, Microsoft 365, Audio/Visual Equipment, Dell, Android, and Apple devices is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.
You will be required to travel to various sites, so having access to your own transportation is essential.
