  • Performing basic maintenance tasks for user accounts.
  • Using simple utilities to change information on the intranet.
  • Providing technical expertise to assigned customer networks.
  • Using our ticket-based system to manage and resolve problems.
  • Identifying areas of growth within the school from a technical and engineering front and escalating this to the account manager.
  • Effectively communicating technical information to the client and commercial information to the account manager.
  • Completing regular checks on client systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or support environment.
  • Willingness to work in teams to resolve common problems and participate in rollout project teams.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Server Skills, professional and polished communication skills, experience in the education sector.
  • Mandatory: clean and valid DBS disclosure, keen desire to learn and expand on existing knowledge/skills.
