Role Overview

Landmarc is seeking an IT Coordinator who will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of various projects while assisting IT Project Managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the organization of project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinating team activities, particularly within product teams.
  • Gathering and analyzing project status data, identifying issues and risks that require attention.
  • Developing and updating project dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for project enhancements.

Effective communication is essential in this position. You will facilitate interactions among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, which includes:

  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Creating and disseminating communications such as newsletters and updates to keep users informed about IT developments.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Technology Enablement and broader IT Team to provide regular updates and promote the contributions of the Information and Technology Department to the overall business.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass:

  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the PMO and across IT projects.
  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of PMO standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Capacity planning and resource management to ensure accurate forecasts are maintained.
  • Tracking supplier contracts and performance, ensuring proper interaction and review of supplier performance.
  • Supporting the IT Leadership team in budget preparation and reporting, liaising with the Finance Department as necessary.
  • Managing relevant systems and tools, including project management software and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and providing training to team members.

Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this role at Landmarc, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in providing support within an IT department or management context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong time and resource management skills.
  • Experience in developing project plans and schedules.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience with IT services or projects.
  • Familiarity with supplier interactions and invoice validation.
  • Relevant project experience and qualifications.
  • Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
