The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and be involved in a range of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage large multimillion-pound projects across a range of property sectors
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Provide expert advice on cost management and quantity surveying
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying
  2. MRICS qualification
  3. 10+ years of experience working in a quantity surveying role (consultancy preferred)
  4. Excellent communication and client-facing skills
