Ecology Associate Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Ecology Associate Director to lead and support our existing team working across a range of sectors in Scotland. As part of our ambitious growth plans, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Scottish ecology team and will be offered a flexible working arrangement.

You will have previous experience managing projects across a range of species and be confident in delivering technical work. As part of your role, you will mentor and develop junior staff, review technical reports, and work as part of a national ecology team. Previous experience in EcIA, HRA, and Biodiversity Net Gain would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
