We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director of Ecology to lead the establishment of a Northern Ecology team for Greenbridge Recruitment.
About the role:
You will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a brand new ecology service and team for Northern England and Scotland. You will be supported by the Ecology Director, but empowered to drive and deliver success.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to create significant impact, to lead with autonomy, and to really make their mark in the industry.
The role will see a 50/50 split between generating new business and delivering on existing projects, with some support from the Southern region while your team grows.
The consultancy has realistic plans for growth, which will take place over 3 office locations (Edinburgh, York, and Manchester). You will be based out of any of these offices on a hybrid basis.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary will be in the region of £65,000 - £73,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits including:
