Employee Relations Specialist

Morson Talent is excited to announce a new opportunity within our client's HR department for a dedicated professional.
This is a full-time, permanent position for a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to become part of a well-established and respected organization.
The role will be based at the main office, with occasional travel to various locations within the region.
As a vital member of the HR team, you will serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to employee conduct and associated projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers at all levels, enhancing their skills on various HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to spearhead employee relations initiatives and projects.
- Take the lead in revising and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in other general HR functions, including equality, diversity, and inclusion, organizational change, and training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a focus on Employee Relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload of employee relations issues within a dynamic HR environment.
- Willingness to travel to different locations and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
