Job Title: Head of Policy and Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Policy and Compliance to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the management of compliance across our operations and implementing policy to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the management of compliance across our operations, including monitoring and reporting on compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Fulfill the statutory obligations of the 'Nominated Officer', Head of Compliance and MLRO.
  • Holding and executing the requirements of the SMF 16 (Compliance Oversight Function) and SMF 17 (Money Laundering Reporting Function).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
