As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's banking operations are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. This includes:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT)
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implementing controls to mitigate them
  • Coordinating with regulatory agencies and law enforcement to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing training programs for employees to ensure they understand their compliance obligations
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics to ensure that our client's operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a banking environment
  • Strong knowledge of AML and CFT regulations and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
