Join Our Team as a Field Interviewer

We are seeking a motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Field Interviewer. As a Field Interviewer, you will be responsible for visiting households within a 40-mile radius of Caerphilly to encourage residents to complete an online survey. This survey collects important data for the Office of National Statistics (ONS) and assists the Government with future plans and agendas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to households within a 40-mile radius of Caerphilly to conduct surveys
  • Encourage residents to complete an online survey
  • Provide excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant individuals to participate
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Use a laptop and smartphone to complete tasks
  • Complete a basic DBS check (if required)
What We Offer:
  • A great pay rate of £12.40 per hour, plus £0.45p per mile fuel allowance
  • Flexible working hours between 09:00am and 08:00pm (Monday to Friday) with potential weekend work
  • Opportunity to work around other commitments such as studying or caring for loved ones
