About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities in our residential setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in activities and outings, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work a rota pattern, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
