About the Role

Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Support individuals in their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities, education, and leisure pursuits.
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (for work-related purposes).
