About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in community activities, education, and social events.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and satisfactory references.
