About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at British Land. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our occupiers, ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the production of the annual building service charge budget and management accounts, ensuring strict adherence to published programs.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices are established, maintained, and conform to current legislation.
  • Act as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden in the event of an emergency.
  • Pro-actively procure building and contracted services, ensuring the requisite standards for management and delivery are upheld.
  • Employ the principles of British Land Fabric Management and Long Term Costing initiatives.
  • Manage the soft landing and new building set up of Three Deal Porters and The Dock Shed, Canada Water Campus.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager with a strong background in financial management, health and safety, and managerial skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively in a team.
