Business Process Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Ventula Consulting LTd. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving our client's operational effectiveness by simplifying and standardizing their end-to-end business processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting current business processes through 'AS-IS' mapping and identifying pain points.
  • Measuring process performance through data analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing business processes to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Facilitating cross-functional workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, such as Prince, Agile, or Scrum.
