About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Lennox House care home in North London. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding leadership to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels, delivering tailored care plans that meet their individual requirements.
  • Manage medication, infection prevention, and control procedures, including wound care and catheter management.
  • Strive for clinical excellence within the home, continuously evaluating and improving care practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
