Peripatetic Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our care home teams across the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage care home teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement action plans to improve care standards and quality of life for residents
- Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, overseeing care standards, team motivation, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and monitoring to ensure high standards are maintained
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience in a nursing home setting is essential, and evidence of continual professional development is required. You will also need to have experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
Requirements- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
