Job Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing various technical challenges related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Your responsibilities will include addressing, documenting, and resolving service desk inquiries promptly in line with service level agreements.

We are in search of a candidate with strong analytical abilities to identify, assess, and resolve intricate issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

Your primary duties as an IT Support Specialist will include:

Deliver Technical Assistance: Address and resolve technical support inquiries from business clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Efficiently identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems using a variety of tools and methods.

Develop and Update Documentation: Create thorough and user-friendly technical documentation, ensuring it remains current and beneficial for team members and users.

Follow Established Protocols: Adhere to defined service desk protocols and procedures to guarantee consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Manage and Prioritize Support Requests: Skillfully prioritize and handle multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolutions.
