Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Peterborough. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients via phone and email
- Respond to a range of customer queries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and integrations, and share knowledge with the team
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge
- Microsoft 365 admin and Windows desktop support experience
- Windows server support experience
What We Offer
- Salary of up to £35,000 per annum DOE
