Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Peterborough. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients via phone and email
  • Respond to a range of customer queries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and integrations, and share knowledge with the team
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge
  • Microsoft 365 admin and Windows desktop support experience
  • Windows server support experience

What We Offer
