About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Tyrens UK (Holding) Limited as a Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our managers and employees across our UK organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of HR services, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding, and policy development and implementation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead on HR projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Qualified HR professional with experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and best practice.
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive HR issues with tact and discretion.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for HR and commitment to continuous improvement.
