Key Responsibilities:

* Work with families to identify and address areas of need
* Develop and deliver targeted interventions and support packages
* Collaborate with multi-agency colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach
* Utilize assessment and evaluation tools to inform support packages
* Work with families to build on existing strengths and address areas of need

Requirements:

* GCSE or O' Level in Maths and English (grade 9-4) or equivalent
* Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Social Care, Early Years, Youth work or other relevant experience
* Significant experience of working with vulnerable children and their families
* Skilled at understanding information and assessing risk
* Ability to resolve conflict and work with families to support them with parenting skills
