Project Manager Job Description

Yorktel is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our EMEA team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex installations in EMEA, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and close projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Account Managers, Sales Administration, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Services Desk.
  • Ensure project quality standards are met, and project deliverables are completed to the required level.
  • Monitor project costs and recommend adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
  • PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge of video/audio conferencing service standards required.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT products and applications required.
  • Polycom/Tandberg/Cisco certified Videoconference Engineer (TCE/CVE/etc) knowledge or certification desirable.
  • AUDIO DSP (Polycom, ClearOne, BiAmp) knowledge or certifications desirable.
