Our strategic focus is on enhancing our operations within the European market, where our Project Logistics team plays a pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of Global Head of Bids & Proposals, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the global commercial and technical resources allocated to the Bid team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a schedule of forthcoming projects.
  • Leading the complete RFQ / RFI process from initial opportunity identification to the delivery of a high-quality submission to the client.
  • Managing the receipt, production, and response to Major Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Enhancing and refining our RFQs and general estimation processes.
  • Overseeing the preparation and compilation of all Bids, Proposals, and RFIs, inclusive of pricing, contract stipulations, and conditions.
  • Collaborating across various countries and departments to identify optimal supply chain solutions for our clientele.
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer experience is provided by our AIPL team.
  • Fostering team development in conjunction with our HR department.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Extensive experience in managing Tenders, particularly in Project Cargo.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, organized, and analytical approach to work, especially under pressure.
  • Highly adept in Proposal writing and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a diverse background in project cargo.
