Tony Alan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join a world-leading organization in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist with the administration of other payroll functions as required
- Process company benefits reports and flexible working amendments
- Update sickness records and calculate SSP
- Produce maternity payment schedules for staff starting maternity leave
Requirements:
- A good general standard of education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above
- A minimum of 2 years' in-house payroll experience
- Pension knowledge / experience preferable
- Methodical, organized, and accurate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Excellent team player
