Payroll Coordinator Job Opportunity

Tony Alan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join a world-leading organization in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist with the administration of other payroll functions as required
  • Process company benefits reports and flexible working amendments
  • Update sickness records and calculate SSP
  • Produce maternity payment schedules for staff starting maternity leave

Requirements:

  • A good general standard of education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above
  • A minimum of 2 years' in-house payroll experience
  • Pension knowledge / experience preferable
  • Methodical, organized, and accurate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Excellent team player
