Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a quality catering service in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of equipment
* Escalate concerns and issues to the Chef Manager

Requirements:

* Level 2 food safety certificate
* Health and safety procedures, including COSHH
* Previous catering experience with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment
* Experience of working with older people
