About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Oakleigh in Godstone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field.
