About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Oakleigh in Godstone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and offering sensitive and appropriate support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support
