About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Oakleigh in Godstone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other daily activities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, based on understanding, trust, and genuine care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
