Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opening for an experienced IT Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide both desktop and remote technical support to our staff.

Occasional travel may be required to support team members and attend meetings at our central office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing IT equipment
  • Providing technical assistance to colleagues
  • Contributing to various project initiatives

This position is primarily based at our office, with occasional travel. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet business needs.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in an IT Technician role
  • Strong knowledge of end-user devices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products
  • Experience using a ticketing system
